WHAT: This fundamental workshop will dive into knot technique, body/mental conditioning and ground/float explorations. Whether you intend to add hair suspension to your artistic repertoire, or seek the experience as part of your self care, Genesis will guide you through safe practice and a deeply intentional approach. Prior experience in aerial dance is not required, though consistent physical practice and high body awareness is recommended. This workshop will adapt to a wide range of skill levels and provide individualized support.
