Elizabeth Yuen @crazie.daisie

Elizabeth began her movement journey in ballet at three years old and has been teaching since sixteen. She holds a degree in kinesiology and worked as a personal trainer, which helps her safely guide students to explore what their bodies can do. She discovered aerial arts in 2020, drawn to the exhilaration, creative challenge, and the way it pushes her comfort zone. Elizabeth now teaches and performs many aerial disciplines, including lyra, hammock, and chains, as well as various circus skills including contortion. Her performance style is dynamic and expressive. She loves inspiring students to move creatively and feel strong, confident, and empowered.
