WHAT: Are you a transition nerd? Then this is the workshop for you! Participants will learn new transitions on sling that are inspired by classic aerial skills from trapeze, fabric, and hoop. The workshop will foster a creative environment and will provide students with a safe and guided exploration of the aerial sling. Transitions will range from dynamic to fluid, from more strength-based to more flexibility-based, and from simple to complex. Come and play on sling!
