Gabby Brody
Gabby is a professional aerialist based in Colorado with over six years of training in aerial sling and experience across a variety of aerial apparatuses. She has performed and taught throughout the United States and internationally. Her classes and workshops emphasize controlled, intentional movement in the aerial arts, building strength, refining technique, and cultivating efficiency and ease in the air, all while performing with power and precision.
WHAT: This workshop is for those who want to defy gravity and work on building momentum through beats and pop throughs. Students will work on dynamic movements such as beats, momentum based transitions, and dynamic slack drags. We will work our way up through beats to understand how to move our body’s in a way to make skills easier. From there we will add dynamic transitions and slack pathways.
Prerequisites;
This workshop is good for intermediate-advanced students.
Invert in the air.

WHAT: In this workshop students will learn the techniques for executing smooth, eye catching drops.
Prerequisites;
This workshop is good for intermediate-advanced students.

A familiarity with beats will be helpful, but is not required. (Combine with the Dynamic Movement workshop at 6:15 p.m..)
