A bit about the Story:

From the creators of COSMOS comes a unique love story set in the heart of an apocalyptic wasteland…

Our two protagonists, separated by the impassable wasteland between them, meet and fall in love over the radio waves. One day, one of them stops responding, and the other undertakes a dangerous journey to a rumored oasis where they once promised to meet. Will the two be reunited, or will they be overcome by the elements and the dangers along the way?

Come find out for yourself, in a thrilling story told through narration, aerial, video projection, and a live choir!

A bit about the Creators & Producers:

Jessica Free & Emma Bennett - @moonlight.mist.aerial

Jessica Free - @unequivocallykiva

Jessica was born and raised in the Denver metro area. While working as a yoga teacher, she found her way to the circus. She took her first aerial class six years ago, and has been dedicated to her training since. Her first apparatus of choice is always lyra, although she has performed on almost every apparatus onstage and has a special love for sling and loops. She is grateful to have studied in person with inspiring aerialists from around the world, including Aisling Ni Cheallaigh, New York Cat, and Lucky Herrera. Her passion is creating acts with a compelling narrative component, and she is excited to bring to stage another original aerial production with her duo partner and Moonlight & Mist Aerial co-creator, Emma Bennett, in collaboration with Megan McMaster and Gravity Aerial Arts.

Emma Bennett - @colorfulemmagination

Emma discovered aerial arts in 2022 and has been devoted to training and creating ever since. A former professional ballet dancer with Colorado Ballet, she performed in classics such as Giselle, Sleeping Beauty, and The Nutcracker. Now working behind the scenes as a co-director and co-producer, Emma brings her passion for combining dance and aerial choreography to life. She is honored to collaborate with her duo partner and Moonlight & Mist Aerial co-creator, Jessica Free, and Megan McMaster, owner of Gravity Aerial Arts, to produce this original and imaginative show.
